I won't answer phone calls from unknown callers

The title says almost everything.

If I get a phone call and I don’t know the caller:

  1. I always, definitely always, don’t have to answer the call. It’s not my fault but theirs, as it’s selfish of them to expect me answering any unplanned phone call. They should not blame or disadvantage me in any way.
  2. Even if I don’t answer, they must leave a voice mail for me. Given that I don’t know about them, they must try their best to show me who they are and what they need.
  3. I must check the voice mail left, and still I can choose to or not to call them back. Again, it’s not my fault not calling back but theirs. They didn’t try their best to persuade me, or they even had no good reason for calling me.

If you agree with the sentences above, you can happily enable “Silence Unknown Caller” on iOS, or similar setting on Android.

Reject
